The team of Insight Chips is our greatest strength!
This week, the Insight Chips team retreated for a few days to a lovely summer house in Denmark.
We worked on getting to know ourselves better, including our strengths and weaknesses, as well as the opportunities we have as a growing company.
We also crafted a new version of our mission and vision. Spending time as a team to ensure all team members are aligned on what we do, why we do it, and where we want to go, is a very important part of actually making it come true.
